Yes, samples are available. Material samples are free of charge. For full-item samples, the sample cost and shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

Yes, we are an OEM supplier and accept OEM orders.

The standard delivery time is 20-25 days after we receive the deposit. For bulk orders, it will take more than 30 days. Custom orders will be strictly completed according to the timeline specified in the contract. We will provide weekly production updates with photos. Should a delay be caused by us, penalty clauses as stipulated in the contract (e.g., 0.1% of the order value per day) will apply.

We use custom foam-lined crates with corner protectors and straps for reinforcement to ensure the goods are well-protected during transit. You can refer to our packing photos for details.

As a natural material, no two marble slabs are exactly alike. To help you with selection, we can provide high-resolution photos or videos of the actual slabs before production. Alternatively, we can send physical samples for your approval.

While our marble products are built to last for decades under normal use, we understand that factors like climate, environment, and temperature can vary and affect the product. Under normal circumstances, we offer a 1-year warranty after you receive the goods.

We implement protective measures at every step of the packing process and will share photos for your confirmation. Upon receipt, please inspect the goods immediately. If any damage is found, please take photos and videos as evidence and contact us for confirmation. If the damage is confirmed to be due to our product quality or packaging, we will compensate for a replacement. Compensation is not applicable for damages caused by other reasons.

Yes, we will provide guidelines on the daily care and use of marble to our customers and remind them of key precautions.

Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipment.
