The most significant impact comes from Chinese New Year (CNY), which usually falls between mid-January and mid-February. During this period, our factory typically closes for about 3 weeks. To meet your project timeline, we strongly recommend placing orders and confirming delivery dates well in advance. We will make every effort to complete production and ship before the holiday shutdown.
If your deadline falls during or immediately after CNY, the overall lead time may be extended by 3–4 weeks.

Typically, we require a 30% deposit to start production (including material sourcing and custom manufacturing) and the 70% balance before shipment. This standard structure protects both parties and ensures smooth order processing.
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as our main payment method. For larger or repeat orders, we can also negotiate L/C (Letter of Credit) and Alibaba Trade Assurance, which provides additional security for buyers. Payment schedules can be adjusted according to project value and mutual agreement.
All payment terms are clearly stated in the formal quotation and sales contract. We maintain transparent communication throughout the process and can provide proforma invoices and banking details promptly upon order confirmation.
